Andrew is an airline Captain and military aviator with extensive experience operating in complex, high-consequence environments. Across commercial and military aviation, he has worked within systems where human factors, procedural discipline, and risk management directly determine outcomes.

He co-founded StratoData to modernize aviation underwriting by introducing structured behavioral and operational intelligence into the risk evaluation process. After analyzing historical accident causation data and identifying persistent gaps in how pilot risk is assessed, Andrew led the development of a framework designed to translate operational judgment into underwriting-grade insight.

At StratoData, Andrew leads strategy, industry partnerships, and long-term platform direction, working closely with brokers, carriers, and reinsurers to integrate structured risk intelligence into submission workflows.
